Justin Ruff is an R&B singer originally from Cincinnati. He relocated to Chicago, and is prepping to drop his debut album The Ruff Draft. Justin's goal is to bridge the gap between old school R&B and modern mainstream music. In anticipation of the release of his album, Justin dropped his first single I'm With It.
