The moment we all had been waiting for finally arrived late last week. That moment was the release of "A Journey Through the Mind of a Non Believer", the DEBUT album of Chicago's latest and most mysterious rap sensation, Goodbye Tomorrow. Leading up to its release, the artists had been leaving bread crumbs revealing just a little bit more of what they are all about each time.
It all started with a random yet calculated song release about 6 months ago when Goodbye Tomorrow dropped "Jay Z". CLICK HERE This sparked quite a wave of interest. As a follow up they wisely dropped the next single, "100k", about a month later to capitalize on the attention.
Goodbye Tomorrow let the world simmer on those first 2 releases for a couple of months until it was about a month before the album release date. That's when they initiated the push with the release of the "Pray 2 God" music video.
If this didn't throw enough gas on the fire, a week later they dropped a collaboration with one of Chicago's own Lil Herb titled "NoOne or NoThing".
The following week came the self titled track "Goodbye Tomorrow".
Last but not least, just a few days before the album release, came "The Way".
Midnight August 14th the album dropped. It is available on Itunes right now! You need this album in your life, and I encourage you to give up two Starbucks lattes and go cop the it.
